We make all and every reasonable effort to deliver the Products in a timely manner. Shipping takes place from our headquarters in Antwerp and delivery is made to your home.

Our Products are made-to-measure and by hand, so a delivery time of 20 working days is to be expected. However, depending on the model, your jewelry could be delivered within 7 to 20 days.

Unless you have agreed to otherwise, the delivery will take place no later than within 20 working days after the order is placed.

The Products are delivered to the address indicated during the ordering process.
The transporter will only deliver to the address provided during the purchase and after an identity confirmation made with an official document.

Deliveries are made all over the world by Malca Amit, an international organization specialized in the transportation and handling of values.

In order to ensure its perfect and secured state during the shipment, all Products are carefully placed into a special box and protected by sealed packages. The packaging bears no written mention of its origins, so that its delivery remains confidential and secured.

Shipments with Malca Amit are insured at our intervention until the moment you take it into your custody.

All our jewelry is personalized and handmade to measure for our clients. We have made it our priority to give an extensive and personalized service, to make sure that each client is 100% satisfied with jewels ordered from us.

Because each of our pieces is custom made, items cannot be returned for a refund, and we cannot cancel your order once production has started.

Your satisfaction is of utmost importance to us so if you are not satisfied with any aspect of your item upon receiving it, please reach out and our team will work with you to resolve the issue to the best of our abilities.

Langerman Jewelry offers a lifetime warranty for manufacturing defects. In case there is a problem with your jewelry, please contact us and we can arrange for it to be sent to us for evaluation. Once the jewelry has been inspected, we can determine whether the service needed is due to a manufacturing defect, and therefore free of charge, or we will notify you what are the repair services needed and their respective cost.

We endeavour to present our products with the greatest accuracy possible, however it is not possible to reproduce the exact color of a diamond on screen as each stone is unique. The nuances in color is not considered a defect.

Every piece purchased is accompanied by its certificate guaranteeing the quality in terms of materials used and craftmanship, as well as the authenticity of the diamonds.
