The Natural Color Diamond Ring of Your Dreams

  • Diamond rings are a staple in every woman's collection, but having the opportunity to design and customize your own is an exciting new experience.
  • In this post, you will discover the natural color diamond rings available from our collections and learn about our bespoke jewelry service.

At Langerman Jewels, we specialize in creating jewelry with natural color diamonds and 18Kt gold. When shopping in our online store, you become part of the design process. You can select the gold alloy and the color of your diamonds; mix yellow gold with black diamonds or white gold with steel blue diamonds. Go for warm or cool tones, create contrast or harmony. Our master goldsmiths and diamond experts will bring your dream jewel to life.

We have addressed before [link to the first post] the different ways you can go about how to combine gold with our natural color diamonds. Choosing colors that compliment your skin's tone and undertone is a good way to start. But you can get more creative and pick your favorite colors or those that hold a special meaning to you. Perhaps a canary yellow diamond to carry a spark of positive energy or olive green to feel connected to nature? There is no wrong combination.

Our Natural Color Diamond Rings: The One and The Line

We currently have two ring styles available. One from each collection: The One and The Line. Both can be customized with three different 18Kt gold alloys and ten diamond colors.

The One Ring features a single exquisite diamond resting in a bezel setting on the edge of a half-round band. Your diamond can range anywhere from 0.10ct to 0.50ct. And is a perfect style to mix in pairs playing with different carat weights. Maybe style one ring in yellow gold with a petite champagne diamond and another in rose gold with a larger pink diamond. You could also opt for a cooler look and wear it on white gold with a gray diamond. The choice is yours.

The Line Ring presents a timeless design: the eternity ring. A band with a continuous row of diamonds that symbolize infinite, never-ending love. Traditionally, it was given as a promise or anniversary ring. In modern times, however, it is the meaning behind the circle that most people relate to. A new beginning, a commitment to yourself, or the circle of life when expecting a child. Although there's really no occasion needed to get yourself an eternity ring. Looking and feeling fabulous is just as good a reason. Our Line Ring has a thin band which is excellent for stacking and creating colorful combinations. You can pick the gold color that suits you best and get multiple Line rings with your favorite natural color diamonds. Champagne, chocolate, and cognac would make a fantastic ombré effect.

Creating Your Own Masterpiece with Our Bespoke Service

The One and The Line offer multiple possibilities for customization and are great pieces for your everyday life. However, there are special moments in your life you might want to commemorate with a more elaborate and personal ring. For this instance, you can turn to our bespoke service.

We will work closely with you to design and deliver a truly unique treasure. Imagine a ring made following your own terms, with diamonds that fulfill your desires. A bespoke ring is not only an excellent option for an engagement; any milestone in your or your loved one's life can be celebrated with a natural color diamond ring.

An Introduction to Ring Anatomy

When it comes to natural color diamond jewelry, the diamond is the most important component. Our bespoke service focuses on finding the perfect color, shape, and size diamond to create a design you will love.

Even though we will guide you during the process, we understand that putting your vision into words can be challenging if you're unfamiliar with the terminology of a ring's anatomy. The following are some of the most useful terms to know when describing rings.

The shank of a ring, also called the band, can have varying profiles which are quite worth delving into. The comfort fit has a domed surface both on the outside and inside of the ring. It is a popular choice for pieces intended to be worn daily. The most common would be the standard fit which has a flat profile with straight edges. But don't let the names misguide you; the standard fit is not uncomfortable by any means.

The shoulders connect the shank with the gallery, which supports the head. And for this section, you have the option of choosing a single center diamond or accompanying it with side stones or a halo.

There are many styles to choose from when it comes to settings. The three most known are the bezel setting, prong setting, and halo setting. A bezel setting has no prongs and secures the stone surrounding it with a metal rim. Bezels are ideal if you have an active lifestyle as the diamond is less exposed. Prong settings are open and have claws that hold the diamond and allow more light to enter the stone. Lastly, halo settings give a larger center stone appearance by encircling it with smaller diamonds.

Popular Styles for Engagement Rings

The solitaire is the most traditional engagement ring type. Depending on your preferences, the shoulders can be adorned with accent diamonds or remain polished. But this elegant and simple style can still offer many different options to customize. Even the prongs present a design choice to make. You can keep them rounded or pointed.

A three-stone ring is known as a past, present, and future ring. They are also a popular option for anniversary rings. Each diamond symbolizes a stage in the relationship: the romantic beginning, the current commitment, and the life you are about to build and enjoy together. If you want a white center diamond for this style, you can pick color side diamonds for a modern twist.

Another possible design is the split-shank engagement ring typically set with accent diamonds, a great feature to go with prong or halo settings.
